The ILCW office is open Monday through Friday from 9:00 A.M. through 5:00 P.M.
The Office may be closed during Council meetings (see schedule) and holidays.

ILCW holidays are:

• New Year’s Day – January 1
• Martin Luther King Day – Third Monday in January
• Memorial Day – Last Monday in May
• Independence Day – July 4
• Labor Day – First Monday in September
• Thanksgiving – Fourth Thursday in November
• December 24 – 25
• New Year’s Eve – December 31
